The aim of the course with weekly frequency is to forge a working figure who has the ability to develop “the accessory-package” in professional areas, being involved in the design of it (from drawing to creation), in an independent way or referring to different working- profiles in the fashion business.

The creation of an Accessory Collection is monitored step by step, from the trend analysis to the final target analysis.
This process focuses on evaluating materials suitable for the graphic project including both fashion and technical details.
A study of the model for the prototype is also scheduled as part of the course.

ENROLLMENT PAPERS

1) EU Citizens and Switzerland Citizens: a copy of Identity Card ; n. 1 digital passport photo; a copy of diploma or self – certification; a copy of Social Security Number (SSN) /Tax Code.
2) NON EU Citizens: a passport copy and a Student Visa; n. 1 digital passport photo; a copy of the Social Security Number (SSN) / Tax Code.

Survey and research of sample images which can be inspiring: bags, belts and hats (mood inspiration);
definition of guide lines;
history of Accessory evolution;
product – development process and function: (merchandising; press and media; window and
in-store display; fashion show);
graphic development;
production plan to choose the proper raw materials and accessories for the project;
color palette; raw and galvanic materials properties;
raw materials and accessories research;
quality and Finishing requirements (water – repellent, colour solidity, resistance to wear);
construction and monitoring techniques.
