The Smart Fashion Design course with weekly frequency is the perfect choice for those who want to approach and experience the world of Fashion Design, in a short time.

The aim of the course is to:

acquire basic notions on fashion sketches
on graphic techniques related to color
fabric and volume performances

in order to project and design a Fashion collection.

The course is divided in two levels, 40 hours each.

Learning how to express oneself with Graphic Design is extremely important for those who work in the world of fashion.
The ability to design and communicate obtaining a clear and exhaustive graphic impact enables designer to easily interact with working professionals in a company.

Weekly frequency: 4 hours daily for 10 lessons
Smart Fashion Design 2
Weekly frequency: 4 hours daily for 10 lessons

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE

Students will receive teaching handouts of the Course and will have free access to the school “Trends Library” .

PROGRAMME Smart Fashion Design 1

Creation of a fashion sketch;
practice on fashion sketches rotation;
stylizing a fashion sketch and methods to depict textures on it;
study, analysis and dressing of the fashion sketch;
symmetry and balance concept;
wearability concept related to different types of clothes, shapes, fabrics and volumes;
coloring techniques for the graphic performance of fabrics;

Development and plan of a Collection;
research;
briefing;
table of contents, moods, color materials;
flat drawings, specification charts;
set – up of a graphic project ;
graphic realization of clothes.
